Dashashwamedh Ghat is the most famous and vibrant ghat in Varanasi, located near the revered Kashi Vishwanath Temple. This sacred riverside site is known for its grand Ganga Aarti, spiritual energy, and ancient legends.

According to Hindu mythology, Lord Brahma performed ten Ashwamedha Yagnas (horse sacrifices) here to welcome Lord Shiva, giving the ghat its name—"Dashashwamedh" meaning “Ten Horse Sacrifices.”

Every evening, the ghat becomes a divine stage for the Ganga Aarti ceremony, where priests dressed in saffron robes perform a synchronized ritual with large brass lamps, chants, conch shells, and incense. Located just 10 kilometers from Varanasi, Sarnath is one of the most important Buddhist pilgrimage sites in the world. It is the place where Lord Gautama Buddha delivered his first sermon after attaining enlightenment, making it the birthplace of Buddha’s teachings and the Dharma.

Kanak Bhawan, meaning “Golden Palace,” is one of the most beautiful and spiritually significant temples in Ayodhya, located near the famous Ram Janmabhoomi. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shri Ram and Goddess Sita, and is believed to have been gifted to Sita by Kaikeyi, the stepmother of Lord Ram, after their wedding.

The Saryu River, flowing peacefully through Ayodhya, holds immense spiritual and mythological significance in Hinduism.
